Saltwater Disposal Wells

When oil production comes from certain sites where water with an unusually high salt content is involved (such as in shale sites), the produced saltwater generally must be disposed of. This is most commonly accomplished by injecting the brine into underground porous rock formations that are no longer producing oil or gas.

Specialized disposal wells are used to protect the surrounding groundwater.  Often high-pressure pumps are utilized in this disposal process.  Warren high-pressure ANSI 600# through ANSI 2500# Ball, Gate, Globe, and Checks are used for saltwater disposal.

Warren Valve products are used to isolate and control flow within a produced water recycling or disposal facility. These products are crucial to successful operations.
