In 2019, Warren Valve opened a state-of-the-art trunnion ball manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas. On November 21st of that same year, Warren Valve Engineered Products received an API 6D monogram and API Q1 certification.

True Measured Torque

Warren Valve has invested heavily in torque testing equipment. Every engineered product will undergo extensive torque testing within our facility. This commitment to testing gives our engineered products a technical and commercial advantage when our client is actuating product.

Special Design Features

Adapter built to 47,000 minimum yield to accommodate X70 pups as our standard. The seat carriage design can accommodate either self-relieving Double Block and Bleed, double-piston Double Isolation and Bleed (DIB-1), or a combination of both (DIB-2).

Warren Valve’s engineered product capabilities include a 3-piece bolted forged body "Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve" designed to meet double block and bleed and double isolation and bleed specifications.

All valves are designed, assembled and tested in accordance to the most stringent petroleum industry standards. Warren Valve Engineered Products is a authorized licensee to use the American Petroleum Institute (API) monogram for specification API 6D.
